Job Summary We are seeking a experienced and enthusiastic Food Servers to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service. This is a 10pm - 6am position Tuesday and Wednesday nights plus other nights when needed. Other hours can be had working regular evening shifts which are also available. Premium pay in addition to tips is offered for this position due to late hours. Duties Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or shifts. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment transactions. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle food safely, following all food handling guidelines to ensure quality and safety. Skills Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with customers. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of service. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required.
