You guide guests through breakfast, dinner, and everything in between — sharing the story behind our menu, anticipating what people need before they ask, and making each meal feel easy and special. What you'll do Welcome guests, present menus, and guide them through food and drink offerings Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar Deliver food and drinks with attention to timing, presentation, and special requests Check in with tables throughout the meal and resolve any issues with care Set up, maintain, and reset the dining room before, during, and after service Process payments accurately through the POS system Work as a team with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and the kitchen What you'll bring Previous serving experience preferred (we'll train the right person) Genuine warmth and attention to detail Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tables Weekend, holiday, and evening availability Familiarity with food allergies and dietary accommodations
