Uphold excellent guest relations through friendly service, phone etiquette, and attentive support during busy hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with food preparation, dishwashing, bussing, or beverage service enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
