Duties Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating and garnishing under chef supervision when needed Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area for incoming guests Buss tables by removing used dishes, silverware, and trash to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort Support host/hostess staff with seating arrangements and guest inquiries to promote smooth operations Handle basic food handling responsibilities following safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order accuracy, special requests, or dietary needs Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform basic math for order accuracy and cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage preparation, dishwashing, and general kitchen tasks beneficial Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on in-person customer service excellence Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on teamwork, quick thinking, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
