Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Culinary experience or food industry background is preferred but not required Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Server and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
