Job Description
BWP is hiring Servers! Server Responsibilities include but not limited to: Smiling Maintaining a culture of hospitality Ability to anticipate guests needs. Initial greeting of guests within 2 minutes Strong understanding of food menu, beer offerings, wine list and beverage knowledge Ability to answer questions pertaining to concept Accurately take drink and appetizer order, describe entrees, accurately take food and beverage order, accurately enter order into point of sale system, knowledge of the order of service Knowledge of proper beer and wine service and etiquette Ability to anticipate guests needs Delivery of guest check, processing of payment Clearing and resetting tables, perform general clean up and side duties within assigned time frame Effectively communicate with guests, managers, and staff, Assists persons with disabilities (as required) Teamwork, assists other staff members Skills Reading Writing Computer literacy Math Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep oneself organized Mobility & manual dexterity
