Come join our New Family owned and operated business. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision and accountability Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards to support kitchen operations Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations at all times Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences!
