Grove City is hiring Servers! Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SERVER to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. This role involves taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and providing change. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment. Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for incoming guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety. Experience Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is required.
