The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fine dining setting. Open availability is a must. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Present menus and explain daily specials with detailed descriptions Take accurate food and drink orders Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently Event set up and breakdown Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Clear tables and reset them for the next guests Process payments using POS systems or cash registers Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Experience Prior experience in hospitality or fine dining establishments is preferred Proficiency in sales techniques and upselling strategies Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs Familiarity with restaurant operations and basic math skills.
