Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, menus, and special requests Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food production, food handling, and meal preparation as needed to support kitchen operations Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tables, bussing dishes, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy throughout shifts Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and accommodating special dietary requests Ensure proper food safety practices are followed during serving, handling, and sanitation processes Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred; experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, dietary aides, and management teams Basic culinary knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation Familiarity with serving protocols, bussing, cleaning, and maintaining a hygienic environment Join us to be part of a team that values energetic service delivery and culinary excellence!
