Pelican Brewing Company is hiring Servers for our neighborhood pubs on the Oregon Coast. As a friendly, guest-focused team member, you'll greet and seat guests, provide knowledgeable beer and menu recommendations, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments accurately. You'll maintain clean, organized sections, follow responsible alcohol service standards, and support teammates to deliver smooth, memorable experiences. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor Explain menus, daily features, and beer selections; make recommendations Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POSServe food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly and courteously Handle cash and card payments, tips, and receipts accurately Maintain clean, organized sections, tables, and service stations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies Work closely with bar, kitchen, and host teams to ensure smooth service Support opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned Required Skills Table service Point-of-sale (POS) systems Cash handling Beer and beverage knowledge Food safety and sanitation Responsible alcohol service Menu knowledge and upselling Guest relations and hospitality Order accuracy and coordination Conflict de-escalation
