Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and upselling techniques to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service Provide expert wine knowledge and spirits experience to recommend pairings and enhance guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, bussing, and cashiering duties Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cocktail service, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service techniques is highly desirable Hospitality or restaurant experience combined with a passion for the food industry is preferred Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
