• Job Overview:

• We are currently seeking enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be team players who excel in delivering outstanding hospitality services.

• Duties:

• Greet and seat guests warmly and courteously upon their arrival
• Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders
• Enter orders into the Aloha POS system and handle payment transactions with precision
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Assist with bussing duties and table clearing as necessary

• Skills:

• Proficient in bussing tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Experience with Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures in the food industry
• Background in hospitality with a focus on upselling techniques
• Proficiency in operating cash registers for accurate transactions
• Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude

• Note:

• While prior experience as a Server is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and eagerness to learn.
