The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation. Assist with any guest inquiries or special requests to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery. Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is an asset. Experience with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
