Job Overview:

We are looking for friendly, attentive, and professional Servers to join our Japanese / Sushi restaurant team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, respectful service Explain menu items, daily specials, sushi selections, and omakase offerings.(No required at very beginning) Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standard. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal Handle guest requests or concerns professionally and efficiently Process payments accurately and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Work closely with sushi chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred (Japanese or sushi or any dining restaurant a plus, but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn sushi terminology, menu details, and Japanese dining etiquette Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork mindset Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
