Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with opening or closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing sales accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Commitment to food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel special! Pay:

$22.56 - $27.17 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
