This is not a position where you'll be limited to one role. We're building a team that can work together, learn different areas of the business, and grow as Fresh as Duck grows.

Responsibilities will include:

Barista:

Preparing coffees, specialty drinks, smoothies, and other beverages while maintaining quality and consistency. Server /

Counter Service:

Taking orders, providing great customer service, running food, maintaining the dining area, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Meal Prep Production:

Assisting with weighing, portioning, packaging, labeling, and organizing our weekly meal-prep orders.

Event Service:

As our catering and private-event business expands, team members will have opportunities to work events, assist with setup and breakdown, serve guests, and represent Fresh as Duck outside of the restaurant. Helping with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and other daily restaurant responsibilities. We're looking for people who are team-oriented, willing to learn, comfortable being versatile and ready to grow with us. Restaurant or barista experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, communication, and willingness to learn are just as important. Fresh as Duck is about creating something different; not just great food, but a strong team and an experience people want to come back to.

Pay:

$12.50 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
