Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales and tips Recommend menu items, upsell specials, wines, spirits, and cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently with effective time management during busy hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Strong communication skills to engage guests and collaborate with team members effectively Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
