The Heirloom Room is Rocky Waters Motor Inn's signature fine dining experience, rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Appalachia. As a Server Assistant, you are a vital part of the front of house team supporting servers in delivering seamless, high-quality service by keeping tables clean and reset, maintaining service areas, and ensuring the dining room is always stocked and guest-ready. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Support Assist servers in delivering efficient, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service to guestsRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or needs as they ariseMaintain a positive, calm, and diplomatic demeanor in all guest and team member interactions Operations & Standards Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between and during guest serviceSanitize countertops, tables, chairs, and service areas throughout each shiftClean and organize glassware, utensils, and bar equipmentPrepare bar and service equipment to be ready for the next shiftStock all wares and equipment needed for serviceDispose of empty cans and glass bottles in the appropriate containersConduct food and beverage inventory per AATMOS standardsFollow all AATMOS standard operating procedures and service standards
