No Way Jose's in Gatlinburg, TN is now hiring for: •Server - TABC Certification required within 30 days of hiring. We are located in front of Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies in a very high traffic area.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet and seat customers, present menus, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations, and ensure a pleasant dining experience throughout the meal.

Order Management:

Accurately take food and beverage orders, submit them to the kitchen, and deliver the correct items to each table.

Table Maintenance:

Keep tables clean and tidy, refill drinks, check on customers periodically, and respond promptly to additional requests.

Payment Handling:

Collect payments accurately, process transactions, and handle tips responsibly.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff, chefs, and other servers to ensure timely and accurate service.

Compliance and Safety:

Follow food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and restaurant policies Day and Night shifts available We are able to work with most availabilities within reason. At least 2 years of experience and knowledge in a fast paced serving position is required
