As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for new guests promptly. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed. Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures at all times. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in guest services or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential; certification may be required based on local regulations. Experience in a nightclub or similar setting is a plus but not mandatory. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential for success in this role.
