Our ideal candidates are poised, polished, and can provide exceptional service in varying settings. We are looking for a team that will guide guests through their dining experience, not order takers. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Take and process orders accurately using Toast point of sale. Ensure food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items to enhance guest experience and provide recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments, particularly in upscale casual or vibe dining settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in using POS systems, especially Toast POS. Knowledge of food safety and handling practices. Familiarity with wine and beverage service. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations.
