Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the cash register system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Skills:

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with kitchen staff
