Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process sales transactions swiftly and accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, wine selections, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service and cocktail preparation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, bar stations, and dining spaces Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns effectively Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks during high-volume periods Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service standards Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or cashier with a focus on hospitality excellence Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, expert knowledge of food and beverages, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
