Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Support openTable reservations management for efficient seating arrangements during busy hours Uphold food handling regulations and sanitation standards in compliance with health department guidelines Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and managing sales effectively Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling protocols Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for order calculations and transaction processing Will need food handlers license Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through excellent service!
