Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Provide expert knowledge on wine pairings, spirits, and cocktail offerings to elevate the guest experience Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience in a fast-paced or fine dining setting Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Food safety certification or understanding of sanitation standards in food handling environments Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus but not required; a passion for food industry standards is essential Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences through energetic service and expert knowledge.
