Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods when needed Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, cocktail options, and menu items to elevate the guest experience Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations Support opening or closing duties as assigned to ensure smooth restaurant operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Experience with food safety standards and sanitation protocols in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your culinary knowledge, and excited to create memorable experiences for every guest.
