We are looking for individuals who bring professionalism, personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality while providing attentive and exceptional service to every guest. Job Description As a Server , you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and polished dining experience from the moment guests are seated until the completion of their visit. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and able to build strong connections with guests while maintaining excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner. Guide guests through the menu by explaining dishes, ingredients, specials, and beverage selections. Provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences. Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the POS system. Monitor tables throughout the dining experience and anticipate guest needs. Coordinate closely with bartenders, food runners, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and restaurant offerings. Handle guest requests and concerns professionally while maintaining a positive dining experience. Process payments accurately and complete guest checks efficiently. Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared tables and service areas. Follow restaurant service standards, sanitation requirements, food safety procedures, and company policies.

What You Bring:

Previous Server experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred. Fine dining, upscale, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support fellow team members. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
