Duties Lead and motivate the serving team to deliver outstanding guest service with enthusiasm and professionalism Coordinate table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements using systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Assist in training staff on POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure efficient order processing and sales transactions Oversee beverage service, including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are maintained at all times Support the team with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold high standards of hospitality Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while managing POS systems efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest relations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across multiple responsibilities Culinary experience or food industry background preferred to support food presentation and safety standards Beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, cocktail creation, and drink service techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports Join us as a Server Captain where your leadership fuels memorable experiences!
