You'll own color matching, blending, and spraying on every vehicle, with a prep team feeding the booth and no one second-guessing your work. This is not an apprentice role. Pay Flat rate with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $900, based on a 36-hour week $25-$35 per hour effective, W-2, weekly payroll Realistic earnings for a productive painter: $52,000-$73,000+ per year The shop Axalta Cromax ChromaPremier solvent system Color camera on every vehicle Dedicated prep team keeps the booth fed Mitchell management system Monday-Friday. Closed weekends. What you'll own Color matching, blending, and spraying on all vehicles. No owner sign-off. Booth schedule and paint department flow with the prep team
