Job Title:
Human Resources Administrator Reports To:
Chief Accountant Job Purpose The Human Resources Administrator supports day-to-day Human Resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, HRIS administration, reporting, and employee engagement. This position serves as a resource for employees and managers while ensuring compliance with employment laws and Club policies.

Three (3) years of Human Resources experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of employment laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
