Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds efficiently Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and cashier stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food handling duties like bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service within quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is highly desirable Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with excellent serving skills and attention to detail Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in the food industry.
