Ocean Sushi & Ramen is looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced server to join our team. We are currently hiring for a server with consistent lunch availability from 10:30 AM-4:00 PM . This position will primarily consist of lunch shifts, especially while training and getting familiar with our menu, service standards, and restaurant procedures. Some evening shifts may be worked into the schedule over time based on availability and restaurant needs.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guests throughout their visit Learn the menu and confidently answer questions and make recommendations Keep assigned sections clean and organized throughout the shift Complete opening, running side work, and closing duties as assigned Work as a team with hosts, bussers, food runners, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Assist with takeout orders and other restaurant needs when necessary

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of serving experience at the same restaurant required Must have consistent availability from 10:30 AM-4:00 PM Weekend availability required Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods We are looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, and interested in a consistent lunch serving position . Candidates with a stable restaurant work history will be given priority consideration.

Pay:

$12.00 - $20.00 per hour
