Overview We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer/Server to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service at weddings and private events, helping create smooth, elegant, and memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Set up and break down catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as needed. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bussing tables and disposing of waste properly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper Food Handlers procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals during events. Foster positive guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere. Learn professional fine dining service and how to create visually stunning, elegant table settings. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on catering or banquet services. Follow directions from coordinators to keep service on schedule. Culinary experience is a plus, particularly in food preparation and presentation techniques. Strong background in guest services and hospitality, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling practices is essential. Food Handlers and TABC License required. Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous, along with any coffee service experience.
