Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations Support opening or closing duties including setup, breakdown, inventory checks, and POS reconciliation Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of wine types, spirits, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage service standards Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food preparation, bussing, serving, and supporting kitchen operations is beneficial Strong communication skills paired with a positive attitude; team-oriented mindset essential for success Embark on a rewarding journey by joining our vibrant team where your energy fuels unforgettable dining experiences!
