Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Chowbus POS, ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, demonstrating knowledge of drink pairings and presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including cash handling, inventory checks, and setting up or breaking down service stations Requirements Prior restaurant experience or food service background preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Chowbus POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food industry standards for sanitation and safety Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing purposes and sales transactions processing Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or hospitality settings highly desirable Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where guest satisfaction is at the forefront!
