Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation and service. Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and process cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas regularly in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, temperature control, and adherence to sanitation protocols. Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Square and Toast Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while providing excellent customer service. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing bills accurately. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and supporting food preparation tasks. Demonstrated understanding of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
