Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests. Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit-card transactions. Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies. Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
