Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat customers in a courteous and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve BBQ meals, beverages, and desserts promptly and accurately. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain a clean dining area. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues when possible. Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately. Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant hygiene standards. Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and cleaning workstations. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service.
