Duties Welcome guests warmly as a Hostess, managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process sales transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks with professionalism and flair, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation standards are met Clear tables promptly as a Busser, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards to uphold food safety regulations Deliver food quickly and accurately as a Food Runner, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Assist servers with upselling beverages, desserts, or specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously to foster positive relationships Skills Knowledge in food service roles such as server, host/hostess, busser, or food runner within a restaurant or hospitality setting Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments and managing sales transactions confidently Background in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous for adapting to diverse service styles Strong teamwork ethic with the flexibility to support various roles as needed in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
