Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail when processing payments. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus.
