We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while accurately taking and serving food and beverage orders in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can confidently multitask, and maintains a positive and composed attitude during busy shifts. A strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating an excellent guest experience are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, beer, wine, and beverage menus.
• Make knowledgeable recommendations and confidently present daily food and beverage specials.
• Follow all food allergy policies and safety protocols.
• Ensure guests receive the correct orders and are satisfied with their dining experience.
• Identify and address guest concerns promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from a supervisor when needed.
• Prepare guest checks and accurately process payments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
• Clear tableware between courses and reset tables as needed.
• Clear tables, floors, and windowsills promptly after guests depart.
• Complete assigned side work throughout the shift.
• Vacuum and clean the restaurant as needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, service, and management teams to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
