Full Job Description Description:
Servers at Westmoor Country Club provide exemplary food and beverage service to our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week on average) positions are available. Responsibilities Professionally execute all steps of table service Process orders on a timely basis Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees Working knowledge of menus and point-of-sale system Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation Ensure member charges are accurate Assist with stocking work stations, re-setting vacated tables, private event set-up, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the dining areas
Requirements:
Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests Willingness to work as part of a team Able to lift up to 30 pounds Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful restaurant-type setting Part-time/Seasonal Benefits Free meals prior to shift Holiday Bonus Free parking Partial uniform Networking Pay Range $18 - $20 based on experience Please no phone calls or walk-ins
