Whether guiding guests through our menu or recommending wine pairings, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through in every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Provide expert knowledge on wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage pairings to elevate the guest experience Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service preferred Prior host/hostess or cashiering experience is advantageous but not required Passion for hospitality with a desire to create memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
