We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team at The Recovery Village Ridgefield — a nationally recognized inpatient rehab facility helping adults overcome substance use and mental health challenges. Located in beautiful Ridgefield, Washington, our facility provides evidence-based care in a supportive, peaceful setting complete with wellness-focused amenities including fitness facilities, walking trails, yoga, recreational spaces, and more. Your work directly contributes to the healing experience of individuals receiving treatment and recovery support. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and values teamwork and professionalism. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize assigned areas following established schedules and healthcare standards Maintain and refinish hard surface flooring to a clean, polished appearance Shampoo carpets and remove stains as needed Maintain linen inventory and assist with special event setup Operate commercial cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively Identify and report maintenance or repair needs Assist with emergency spill cleanup when necessary Move and arrange furniture as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate positively with coworkers and leadership Adapt to changing priorities and daily needs within the facility What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable individuals who: Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail Communicate clearly and professionally Work well independently and as part of a team Take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and compassion Can adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting About The Recovery Village Ridgefield Our Ridgefield facility provides: Medical Detox Inpatient & Residential Rehab Partial Hospitalization Programs Intensive Outpatient Programs Patients and families consistently praise our compassionate staff, welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and supportive environment.

Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred Prefer one (1) year of experience or a personal preference in Housekeeping in a health care facility Advanced Recovery Systems, a national integrated behavior healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance use, and mental health issues.
