Seeking a highly seasoned Human Resources professional to lead complex military personnel operions. Ideal candide:

The ideal candide possesses a bachelor's degree in human resource management and a SHRM certificion, complemented by a desired 5 or more years of Military HR experience. You must demonstre technical proficiency in MilPDS, BLSDM, UMDs, CMS, and DJMS. We are seeking a dediced professional willing to expand their expertise into Civilian Classificion and commit to a minimum three-year tenure to ensure mission continuity.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Knowledge of federal laws, executive orders, regulions, policies, directive, principles, and practices governing to administer a Space Force wide training implemention and various human resource programs. 2. Knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizional structures, and operion of DoD and Space Force organizions to effectively manage USSF training programs and activities. 3. Knowledge an expert level of analytical and evaluive methods, including a wide range of qualitive and quantitive techniques, plus a thorough understanding of how regulory programs are administered to measure compliance, assess effectiveness, identify deficiencies, and analyze trends, and make recommendions for enhancements and improvements of programs and the resolution of problems. 4. Skill in justifying, defending, and recommending decisions on an end-to-end program within a mrix organizion. 5. Knowledge of various office automion software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operions, retrieve and input da, and maintain accure files; a qualified typist is not required. 6. Skill in communicing, both orally and in writing, to provide seasoned consulting to opering managers and other specialists; lead team studies, negotie complex, controversial issues; provide informional briefings to include options and recommendions to high level management; and establish and maintain effective and positive working relionships. PCS / relocion funding is not authorized. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret /SCI security clearance. May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis. Employees may be required to perform travel by military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty assignments. Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY): 15 days a year.
