Home Care / Healthcare Services Position Overview Archangel Care Services is seeking an experienced and professional Human Resources Manager to oversee human resources operations for our growing home care agency. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a home care agency, healthcare staffing environment, or healthcare operations setting , with strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and workforce management. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to support both office staff and caregivers in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ability to communicate in both English and Tagalog is highly preferred due to caregiver and employee communication needs. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations for caregivers and office staff Oversee recruitment, onboarding, hiring, and employee retention efforts Ensure compliance with company policies and California employment regulations Support employee relations, coaching, disciplinary documentation, and performance management Monitor onboarding requirements, caregiver compliance, and personnel records Coordinate orientations, trainings, and employee acknowledgments Assist management with staffing strategies and workforce planning Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR reporting Help improve HR systems, processes, and operational workflows Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to support staffing needs
Qualifications Required:
Previous HR management or HR leadership experience Experience working in a home care agency, healthcare company, healthcare staffing agency, or related healthcare environment Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred:
