Shift:
M- F 8am to 4:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst to provide consultative support to business units onpensation-related issues. This role will develop and interpretpensation policies, analyze market data, manage job descriptions, and lead majorpensation projects to ensure theanization remainspetitive andpliant.
Essential Duties:
Consult with business units onpensation matters including new positions, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour, and policy questions Develop and interpretpensation policies to ensure consistency andpliance Provide analyticalpensation support through evaluation systems, analytics, design, and reporting Analyze and evaluate market surveys to ensurepetitiveness ofanizational positions Manage and maintain job descriptions, ensuringpliance with regulatory requirements Participate in and lead majorpensation projects, such as wage adjustments, focal review processes, and HR automation initiatives Stay current on all federal, state, and localpensation laws and regulations Communicate effectively with leadership, providing consultation, influence, and negotiation regardingpensation policies and practices Research, propose, and design salary structures, base pay, and incentive programs that align withanizational goals and performance management strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources Minimum 2 years' experience in Compensation Strong knowledge of state and federal wage & hour laws Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong understanding of performance management theory and practice Proven project management experience and ability to lead large-scale projects Ability to consult, influence, and negotiate with leadership
Education:

Pay Details:
