- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation or related work. Compensation Consultant
- Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation or related work Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, cross-functional collaboration, consultation, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, program planning, statistical analysis, and technology literacy.
