Payroll Specialist/Benefits Administrator

PAYROLL:

Bi-weekly Multi-state

• 39 states (plus Canada) NO union, NO certified payroll

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

The other part of the job will be supporting benefits admin duties and ad hoc needs

• could include open enrollment, HRIS system maintenance, answering employee questions, planning a wellness fair, etc. Candidates do NOT need previous experience in this area, just need candidates who want to learn! NO employee relations (hiring, firing, etc..) This is NOT a managerial level position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of hands‑on payroll experience, including multi‑state, multi-FEIN, & Canadian payroll processing 0+ years of experience in benefits administration or a strong demonstrated interest in growing in this area Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and compliance requirements for the US and Canada Experience using HRIS and payroll systems (ADP and SAP Success Factors strongly preferred)

PREFERRED QULAIFICATIONS
